- Find, satisfy the customer (vs. user, vs. audience, vs. community) -- Find the customer using proven OLD business techniques and new technology and social networks. Satisfy those customers using the same. -- innovate
- Embracing new technologies in work; think visually; web first; keep the ethics code/professionalism
- Out of the void (into joint-lancing and other new species)
- tech is there; it's now more about how we use it to engage & inform
