  • Accuracy, facts still matter. Standars, structure for archival memory and revenue.
  • We still have: Stories, words, passion
  • We now have: More connections, more creation tools, more distribution modes, less control
  • Find, satisfy the customer (vs. user, vs. audience, vs. community) -- Find the customer using proven OLD business techniques and new technology and social networks. Satisfy those customers using the same. -- innovate
  • Embracing new technologies in work; think visually; web first; keep the ethics code/professionalism
  • Out of the void (into joint-lancing and other new species)
  • work hard = play hard
  • tech is there; it's now more about how we use it to engage & inform
