Public Relations Director for The Hartford Symphony Orchestra in 2000. Radio Advertising Bureau Radio Marketing Associate certification (1997). Worked for CBS Radio, Clear Channel, Nassau Broadcasting; interned with WHTZ FM (Z-100) in New York City in 1994. Have been profiled in major PR trade publications and quoted by TIME, The Associated Press, The New York Times, ABC News, CBS News, The Washington Times, Ragan's Media Relations Report, BIZ 360, and PR Newswire. Lectured before law school, graduate, and undergraduate classes on media and public rela tions issues.
Currently conducting research on specialty publications in the Washington press corps for Stephen Hess, Brookings Scholar and Professor of Media & Public Affairs. Previous research includes newspaper coverage of the 2006 National Intelligence Estimate; Al Qaeda's media strategies; Television coverage of the war in Iraq; and Washington Post coverage of Abu Ghirab / Torture (as featured in forthcoming book "When The Press Fails" by W. Lance Bennett, Regina G. Lawrence, and Steven Livingston. University of Chicago Press).
