Dave Mathison helped Reuters PLC develop the technology which allowed the wire service to pioneer content syndication on the Internet. He then turned entrepreneurial and founded Kinecta, which did similar things for other publishers. Now he's authored the just-self-published book, "Be The Media," a citizens' guide to the multimedia, connected world of self publishing and promotion. In a Q&A introduced by Bill Densmore, director of the New England News Forum, Mathison speaks at "Sharing the News," a one-day symposium June 28, 2008 at Lowell, Mass.
