The Media Giraffe Project can facilitate meeting locations and times on Wednesday or Saturday afternoon for informal "meetups" among interest groups. Meetup sessions will be posted on the conference website during June. Some meetups can involve hiking or bicycling, weather permitting. To discussion scheduling an interest-group meeting, email conference@mediagiraffe.org.
If you have already registered four or members of your group, you may go ahead and use the Media Giraffe wiki to post information about your meeting.
